At the moment, we do not accept general returns or refunds as we are a growing business and all product details, sizing, and specifications will be clearly mentioned in the product description before purchase.

Please make sure to review the product details carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • A proper unboxing video must be provided from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
  • The damage claim will be verified by our team to confirm that it is genuine.
  • Issues caused by the shipping partner that result in product damage or delivery problems may also be considered for a refund.

Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
