All orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our shipping partner, delivery usually takes around 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
Shipping Liability & Transit Policy
Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility of the shipment transfers to the buyer.
While we work with reliable shipping partners, whosdrippin does not directly operate the courier service. Therefore, we are not responsible for:
· Transit delays caused by the courier
· Lost or misplaced packages during transit
· Damages caused during shipping
· Packages marked as delivered but reported missing
· Theft or issues occurring after successful delivery
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if the shipment is significantly delayed/stuck in transit, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to raise a claim or investigation request.
Our Support
Although we do not provide refunds, cash compensation, or automatic replacements for courier-related issues, our team will assist you by providing dispatch proofs, tracking details, or any required shipping documents to help support your claim with the courier partner.
